Delete your Call Me Sensei account
Call Me Sensei is made by Hyperbond Studio Pte. Ltd. You can delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Call Me Sensei and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play: an account with an active subscription cannot be deleted, and deleting your account never cancels a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel on Apple · Cancel on Google Play
Want a copy first? Use Settings → Download My Data before deleting.
Without the app: request by email
Fill in the details below and press the button: it opens an email to support@hyperbond.studio that you then send from the address on your account. We reply to confirm the account is yours before we delete it. Nothing you type here is sent to us until you send that email.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleting your account removes access to your stored content, personalization and unused account entitlements. From our Privacy Policy (section 7):
“When an account is deleted, we initiate deletion or de-identification of account-linked personal data from systems under our control within a commercially reasonable period, subject to technical limitations and lawful exceptions. Information may remain for a period in backups, logs, cached copies, de-identified datasets, provider systems and records retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal or dispute purposes. Those copies are deleted, overwritten, isolated or de-identified in accordance with applicable retention cycles, provider arrangements and law.”
