About Call Me Sensei

Call Me Sensei is a romantic RPG-style language learning app where users interact with anime-style AI characters to practice Japanese. It's a one-of-a-kind blend of anime, edtech, and emotional AI, designed for fans who want to learn through meaningful, fun, and sometimes spicy experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Brainstorm viral ad ideas and video concepts with our creative team
• Learn how to use AI tools to generate memes, short videos, and posts (we'll train you!)
• Assist in social media campaign execution (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
• Serve as a campus ambassador for Call Me Sensei, helping promote the app in creative ways
• Stay updated with trends in anime, gaming, and Gen Z culture and help us ride the wave

Requirements

• Are creative, bold, and meme-literate
• Have a deep love for anime, J-culture, and weeb internet humor
• Understand what's popular on TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Enjoy experimenting with AI tools like image/video generators (Midjourney, Veo3, CapCut, etc.)
• Are comfortable working independently and remotely
• Are based in Japan (bonus if you're in Tokyo or can occasionally meet up)

Bonus Points

• You're already running a meme page, cosplay account, or anime-themed TikTok
• You've made content that's gone viral before (doesn't matter if it was silly)
• You're studying marketing, media, or a related field
• You know how to edit video or motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

Work Setup

• Minimum: 10 hours/week
• Rate: ¥1,300–1,500/hour (paid monthly)
• Fully remote with occasional Tokyo-based meetups or shoots
• Training: We'll teach you how to use our AI tools and help you level up your creative game
