Hyperbond Studio Joins Google Cloud for Startups AI Program to Scale its Emotional AI Engine

SINGAPORE, 2 April 2026 – Hyperbond Studio, the creator of the AI-powered language learning app Call Me Sensei, announced it has been accepted into the Google Cloud AI Startup Program. Designed for AI-first startups, the program provides Hyperbond with up to $350,000 in credits to be used for Google's infrastructure services such as Gemini (LLM), Cloud, dedicated AI training, and access to Google's AI experts.

The program directly supports key components of the Call Me Sensei experience. Google Cloud credits will underpin the app's core AI inference, including access to Google's AI models that power its conversational engine. Google Maps Platform credits will support Real World Mode, the location-based feature that turns partner outlets into interactive destinations within the app's story. The program also covers cloud infrastructure, collaboration tools, and access to dedicated Startup Success managers as Hyperbond's distributed team continues to scale.

Call Me Sensei differentiates itself in the crowded EdTech market by using emotionally intelligent AI companions to create a deeply engaging, relationship-driven learning experience. The Program will support Hyperbond in refining this technology as its user base expands globally.
